June 2, 2011 marks the inaugural Chow Down Uptown Food Truck Festival happening every Thursday from 5pm until 9 pm in the 7th Street parking lot near Levine Museum of the New South in Charlotte, NC. What a great idea! This is a perfect (and delicious) way to support local Charlotte businesses, meet up with friends and family, meet new people in the community, and check out whats going on the world of mobile food options.
