The property is currently 100 percent occupied by DiversiTech Corporation, a leading supplier and manufacturer of equipment pads and components to the HVACR, on a long-term lease.
The one-story, 226,256-square-foot industrial distribution building was built in 1995 on 23.5 acres in the Rockdale/Newton County Industrial submarket. The building features 50 loading docks, 28-foot clear heights, and 50-foot column spacing.
Neither party was represented in the sale.
